About the Role
Big Box Cars is looking for amotivated Trainee Vehicle Buyerto join our growing buying team in Salisbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for asalesperson or automotive professional looking to upskilland build a long‐term career in vehicle buying.
You'll learn how to identify, value and purchase quality vehicles while working alongside an experienced buying team.
What you'll be doing
Source and identify opportunities to purchase quality vehicles
Build relationships with customers and external leads
Conduct vehicle valuations and negotiate purchases
Manage the vehicle purchasing process from enquiry to completion
Complete purchasing paperwork and administration
Work with the wider team to achieve buying targets
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Confident communicating and building rapport
Comfortable making outbound calls and negotiating
Passionate about cars and the automotive industry
Customer‐focused with strong attention to detail
Motivated to learn and develop
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Open C Class Driver Licence
Previous vehicle buying experience is not required — we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
