Credit Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Manager to join a highly regarded global FMCG organisation. This is a hands‐on, commercially focused role where you will take ownership of the end-to-end credit function while partnering closely with Sales, Commercial and Finance teams to manage risk, improve cash flow and drive robust customer outcomes.

The Opportunity

Managing the end-to-end credit and accounts receivable function
n
Overseeing credit risk, customer exposures, credit limits and payment performance
n
Leading collections and working capital initiatives, with a focus on improving cash flow
n
Managing customer deductions, claims, rebates, settlements, returns and disputes
n
Partnering closely with Sales and Commercial teams to resolve customer issues and find practical solutions
n
Driving improvements across reporting, processes, automation and finance transformation
n
Preparing and presenting credit, collections and working capital reporting
n
Leading, coaching and developing a direct report
n
Acting as a key Finance partner across the wider business to strengthen controls and mitigate financial risk
n

About You
n

Experience in Credit
Management/Accounts
Receivable
n
Experience within FMCG, retail, food & beverage or a similar commercial environment
n
Strong experience managing deductions, rebates, claims, disputes and collections
n
Proven credit risk, working capital and cash flow management experience
n
SAP experience (desirable)
n
Intermediate Excel and strong
reporting/analytical
capability
n
Previous people leadership or team management experience
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n

$120,000 – $130,000 + super + 15% annual bonus
