WE'RE HIRING - INSTALLER MANAGER - SHADE SAILS - SUNSHINE COAST / NORTH BRISBANE

Sunshine Coast Shade Sails Pty Ltd is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Installer Manager to join our team.
n
This is a hands-on position for someone who can organise our installation crews, manage workloads and make sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.
n
The role includes:
n
Managing installation teams
n
Organising daily workloads and jobs
n
Communicating with customers and the office
n
Assisting with site measurements and installations
n
Organising materials, tools and equipment
n
Ensuring jobs are completed safely and to our high standards
n
Problem-solving on site when things don't go to plan
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has experience in construction, carpentry, shade sails or a similar industry
n
Can confidently lead a team
n
Is organised and reliable
n
Has excellent communication skills
n
Is comfortable working on site and making decisions
n
Takes pride in delivering quality work
n
