Challenge Employment and Training Ltd is a well-established not-for-profit RTO.
We deliver training and employment support programs across multiple locations in Southeast Queensland.

We are currently seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver theCHC***** – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing / Disability)at our Mooloolaba location.
This is a casual position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment for the right candidate.
- Delivery will include the use of versatile learning models using online platforms and face-to-face training 4 days a week.
You will work 1 day a week at our head office in Collingwood Park.
Essential Requirements
TAE*****/TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
Relevant qualifications (Certificate, Diploma or higher) in Individual Support/Community Care
Soundunderstanding of the Community Services Industry
Recent and relevant industry experience (at least 2 years)
Current Driver's Licence.
The ability totrain and assessHLTAID011 - Provide first aidwould be highly regarded

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver and assess theCertificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
Use engaging and varied teaching methods to inspire learners
Planning lessons and updating training materials as needed
Mark and submit assessments within required timeframes
Support students withwork placement coordination
Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes
Build and sustain relationships withcommunity partnersandlocal employers
