You will own drafting from design through to construction, developing layouts, refining templates and producing high-quality ArchiCAD documentation for resort-style residential projects.
You will collaborate with design, interior, and sales teams, while mentoring junior drafters and driving drafting standards across projects to ensure timely delivery and buildability.
