We are seeking an IT Systems Support Officer to join our Technology Team and play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day technology experience of our people. The role will be based out of our Sydney/Dubbo office.

WorkingcloselywithourManagedServiceProvidertomonitorservicelevelsandescalateissueswhen
required

Assistingwithprocurementactivitiesandmaintainingappropriatetechnologystocklevelsacrossthe
business

Deliveringusertraining,guidanceandsupporttohelpteammembersgetthemostfromtechnology
n
Helpingmaintaindocumentation,processesandoperationalproceduresthatsupportefficienttechnology
services

WorkingknowledgeofMicrosoft365andMicrosoftdesktoptechnologies

Excellentcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytoexplaintechnicalconceptsinaclearandpracticalway

Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttofollowingestablishedprocesses
n
Abilitytobuildpositiverelationshipswithinternalstakeholdersandexternalproviders

ExperiencewithITassetmanagementanddevicelifecyclemanagement
