Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Culinary & Operations Coach (Area Manager) to lead a defined region of our Sydney-based restaurants. You will be responsible for food quality, guest experience, people leadership, safety, and P&L; performance across your area.

You will mentor Restaurant Managers, uphold the GYG standards, drive app ratings and service times, manage costs, and collaborate on openings and initiatives to grow the business. This role requires travel within NSW and interstate as needed.
