We're searching for a
Shift Maintenance Electrician
to join our on-site maintenance team—working an
equal-time 12-hour day/night roster
in a role that offers stability, development and the chance to work with modern automation and industrial technology.
What You'll Be Doing
Preventative and reactive maintenance across automated bakery equipment and utilities
High-level troubleshooting of electrical circuits, instrumentation and PLC systems (Allen-Bradley experience ideal)




Supporting production teams to drive plant reliability, safety and continuously improve equipment performance
Identifying improvement opportunities and working within a strong maintenance culture
Contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment on shift
What You Bring
QLD Electrical Licence (mandatory)
Industrial, FMCG or manufacturing experience
Solid fault-finding and diagnostics capability
Working knowledge of PLCs and automation (Allen-Bradley highly regarded)
Safety-first mindset with solid communication and teamwork skills
