We are a well-established and highly respected modern Dermatology practice, conveniently located in the heart of Liverpool CBD. Our practice provides a comprehensive range of Medical, Surgical and Cosmetic Dermatology services.

We are looking for a professional, experienced and team-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team.
n
This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a specialist medical environment, takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience and is looking for a stable, rewarding role within a supportive team.
n
We are open to full-time or part time applicants (2–3 days per week), with remuneration commensurate with skills and experience.

The Role:

Working closely with our Principal Dermatologist, Practice Manager and experienced reception team,



your responsibilities will include:

Providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience for patients
n
Managing specialist appointments, patient enquiries and telephone communications
n
Coordinating patient bookings and ensuring the smooth flow of daily clinics
n
Providing specialist medical reception and patient management
n
Processing payments, billing and general administrative duties
n
Liaising professionally with doctors, patients and other healthcare providers
n
Working collaboratively with our dedicated reception and medical teams
n
Maintaining a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy and patient care
n
