At 4 Pines, we're all about great beer, great food and even better people. We're looking for a Hospitality Operations Manager to lead three iconic venues in our hospitality portfolio: 4 Pines Manly, 4 Pines Truck Bar and 4 Pines Torquay.

Working closely with our Venue Managers, you'll support, coach and develop high-performing teams, bring fresh ideas to life and help deliver the kind of guest experience that leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

This role is also a part of the wider hospitality network in the Asahi Beverages family, which means access to a network of talented and passionate hospitality professionals who take what we do seriously, but never take ourselves. Whether it's crafting memorable experiences, supporting our communities or sharing a great beer with mates, we're here to brew better moments together.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop Venue Managers, building a fun, inclusive and high-performing culture across the team
n
Set clear expectations and drive accountability across the portfolio
n
Deliver sustainable revenue growth, profitability and robust commercial performance
n
Support venues to execute annual plans and key business priorities
n
Create activations and new revenue opportunities that increase visitation,



spend and engagement
n
Uphold 4 Pines brand standards across all venues, ensuring the customer experience, presentation and operations consistently reflect the brand
n
Partner with Marketing, Sales, People & Culture and other key stakeholders
n
Improve operational efficiency through consistent systems, technology and smarter ways of working
n
Maintain high standards across safety, compliance, and licensing
n
Challenge existing ways of working and encourage continuous improvement
n
About you
n
An experienced hospitality operator with a strong track record of leading Venue Managers and management teams
n
A hands-on and visible leader who enjoys coaching people and building capability
n
Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, revenue, labour, costs and overall business performance
n
Passionate about hospitality, brand experiences, and outstanding customer service
n
A strong communicator and natural connector who can build trusted relationships across a broad stakeholder group
n
Experienced in liquor licensing, food safety and operational compliance
n
Able and willing to travel interstate regularly
