Job Description
NSW Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network invites applications for an Aboriginal HealthWorker/Practitioner,Primary Care - PFT - Broken Hill.
You will deliver holistic health care within a multidisciplinary team, focused on prevention and chronic disease management for Aboriginal clients.
Identified role for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people with pathways to AHPRA registration; located at Broken Hill Correctional Centre, with opportunities for training and career
