Working with the Director and NDIS consultants you will play a key role to establish the right systems, processes and operational structure.
We are currently progressing through the NDIS Registration process with our service regions across Logan, Ipswich, Redlands and Northern Gold Coast.
If you understand how an NDIS provider needs to operate and enjoy building efficient systems, solving problems and taking ownership, this role could be a great fit.
Key responsibilities
Building and improving administrative systems, processes and workflows
Managing participants, rostering, service delivery, workforce administration, documentation and compliances using ShiftCare
Managing participant onboarding, service agreements and documentation
Managing staff recruitment, onboarding and compliance
Managing service bookings, participant funding and support information
Monitoring timesheets, attendance and service records




Preparing invoices per NDIS pricing and managing NDIS payment processes
Monitoring outstanding invoices, payments and participant funding
Maintaining accurate records, privacy and compliance
Developing referral partner relationships with plan managers, support coordinators and other stakeholders
About you
Minimum 4 years hands-on NDIS administration or operations experience
Strong knowledge of NDIS funding, invoicing and payment processes
Minimum 1 years recent hands on experience using ShiftCare for rostering, workforce management and participant management on a daily basis
Strong understanding of NDIS documentation and record keeping compliance
Strong computer and systems skills
Pay close attention to detail and be highly organised
Able to work independently, be part of a team and take ownership of outcomes
Solid written and verbal communication skills
