Job Description
FutureCare Now is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our Ballina team.
You will empower clients with disabilities to live independently and with dignity, providing personal care, daily living support, and community access in a respectful, client‐centred manner.
Main duties include assisting with hygiene, mobility, meal prep, light domestic tasks, and documenting shift notes.
A robust emphasis on safety, privacy, and collaboration with families and care teams is expected.
