Haiku Kuro in Melbourne seeks an experienced front of house lead to run a small team (2–3).
You will roster, manage bookings, and curate the drinks menu alongside the existing bar tender to create a vibrant night-time Izakaya atmosphere.
Responsibilities include operating the booking system, organising stock rotation with the daytime cafe, and delivering warm hospitality with energy and vibe that matches the venue's style.
