Job Description
Redpath Partners has been exclusively engaged by a leading Australian property group to appoint an experienced Investment Manager.
This is a senior, strategic prospect working across a significant portfolio of institutional-grade retail assets, with direct exposure to investment strategy, capital allocation, transactions, development and Joint Venture management.
The Role:
Working closely with senior executives and investment leaders, you will:
Drive long-term asset and portfolio investment strategy
Lead financial modelling, forecasting and investment analysis
Assess acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities
Prepare investment papers and recommendations for senior investment committees
Support complex asset repositioning and capital allocation strategies
Partner across Transactions, Development, Asset Management and Valuations
Manage key Joint Venture relationshipsand strategic discussions
About You:




We are seeking an experienced investment professional with 7+ years' experience across property investment, investment management, transactions, valuations or funds management.
You will bring:
Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capability
Experience across complex property assets or portfolios
Strong understanding of portfolio optimisation and capital allocation
Experience preparing and presenting investment recommendations
Commercial judgement and strong senior stakeholder management skills
Exposure to institutional property, with retail experience highly regarded
