Endeavour Foundation in Ayr, QLD, is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join a permanent roster at a SIL home.
The role includes sleepover shifts and some daytime work, with a 50-hour fortnightly contract and minimum four shifts per fortnight.
You'll support residents to live as independently as possible, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts when available.
Ideal candidates are calm, compassionate and qualified, with experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
