We are a leading migration and education consultancy located in Sydney CBD, with a strong reputation in the industry and nearly 20 years of professional experience assisting clients with Australian visa and migration matters.
We are now seeking a highly capable Migration Agent Assistant / Registered Migration Agent to join our team.
This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, well organised, and genuinely committed to building a long-term career in the Australian migration industry.
You will work closely with a senior Registered Migration Agent with approximately 20 years of industry experience and will be involved in preparing and managing a wide range of visa applications and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing visa application documents, submissions and supporting materials
Reviewing client documents and identifying potential issues
Communicating with clients in both English and Mandarin
Conducting migration law and policy research where required
Assisting with case management, deadlines and follow-up tasks
Supporting the migration team with administrative and documentation work
Requirements




At least 1 year of experience in Australian migrationapplication/documentpreparation work
Good English writing and communication skills
Mandarin speaking ability is essential
Strong attention to detail
Good logical thinking and analytical ability
Familiarity with Australian migration legislation, policy and visa requirementsHigh work efficiency and strong organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a quick-paced, high-volume work environment
A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in the migration industry
