Job Description
Melbourne Tractors, a family-owned dealership in Dandenong South, is looking for a Parts Interpreter to translate part specifications, codes and descriptions for repairs and replacements.
You will work with our Service/Parts Manager to ensure accurate parts identification and smooth customer service in a busy dealership.
You will interpret stock availability using OEM portals and the DMS, advise on part variants, price, warranty and care, rotate stock, assist with stocktakes and support workshop
