Job Description
LDK Seniors Living is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the requirements stream for a programme improving care, clinical and corporate systems.
You will work with village teams, the National Care Team, clinicians, and executives to document, prioritise and approve business needs.
You will guide workshops, map processes and ensure data quality, with robust stakeholder engagement and mentoring of junior analysts in a Canberra-based 12-month fixed-term role.
