Security Licence: Our Scholarship Program supports you to complete your Certificate II in Security Operations and obtain your licence.
Defence Clearance: MSS Security will fund your required Defence security clearance, subject to eligibility - Return of service applies.

Site Security & Patrols - Monitoring access points, conducting regular foot patrols and maintaining a strong security presence to protect personnel, assets and infrastructure.
Stakeholder Engagement - Liaising professionally with Defence personnel, contractors and visitors while supporting a protected and secure environment.
Incident Response & Emergency Management - Responding promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, suspicious activity and security incidents.
Compliance & Reporting - Following Defence security procedures and site protocols while accurately documenting incidents, shift activities and observations.
Requirements:
Valid ACT Security Licence or be willing to obtain
Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
Valid driver's licence
Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
Hold the required security clearance or be willing to obtain one
Master Licence: ********
