We're seeking an experienced
Automotive Mechanic
to take the lead in delivering top-quality service and repairs for our valued customers. If you're a hands-on professional with a keen eye for detail and a drive to mentor others, this is your chance to shine in a supportive, well-equipped workshop.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles (new and used) with accuracy and efficiency
Performing scheduled servicing and general maintenance, plus RWC inspections.
Lead and mentor junior mechanics, sharing your expertise
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Liaise with customers to explain repairs and provide trusted advice
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone with robust diagnostic capability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering safe, reliable, high-quality repairs. In return, we offer a supportive culture, steady workflow,

Trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Light Vehicle or equivalent), 3rd/4th year apprentices are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry (highly regarded)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A current manual driver's licence is essential
Hold or have the ability to obtain RWC licence (advantageous)
Hold or have the ability to obtain A/C qualifications (not essential)
Must hold valid Australian work authorisation (citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate visa)
