End-to-end management of 120+ properties

Landlord & tenant relationship management

Maintenance, arrears, inspections & renewals

Contractor & stakeholder management
n
Leasing coordination
n
Compliance & portfolio administration
n
Focus on landlord retention and service
n

About You
n
n
Previous Property Management experience
n
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
n
Confident managing an end-to-end portfolio
n
Strong communication & relationship skills
n
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
n
Proactive, professional and team-focused
