Be a key support channel for clients, members & the wider community
n
Provide practical industry support & share knowledge
n
Help develop and improve training platforms & resources
n
Onboard new members
n
Manage the online community and improve social outreach
n

Requirements:
n
n
3+ years in a property management role
n
Ability to work through complex or tricky property management situations and provide practical, considered guidance
n
Be a strong communicator and bring outstanding energy
n
Experience with managing online communities & social media would be beneficial
