You will:
n




Lead and mentor a team of 5 customs brokers while staying hands-on with your own lodgments
n
Lodge import declarations across a large variety of products and clients
n
Provide explicit, professional advice to clients on import regulations, tariffs, and documentation
n
Liaise directly with Australian Border Force and Biosecurity officers as required
n
Maintain compliance across all customs legislation and regulatory requirements
n
You have
n
10+ years experience as a customs broker (experience as a Customs Supervisor / Manager preferred but not a must)
n
An active Australian Customs Broker Licence
n
Strong leadership ambition and skills
n
Strong communication skills and the confidence to own client relationships directly
n
