$80,000–$93,000 per year + super, based on experience and capability

Permanent full-time employment with weekly pay

Fuel card after successfully completing your three-month probation

Projects located across the Sunshine Coast

Flexible working weeks, typically between 38 and 45 hours

Four weeks' annual leave plus personal leave

The role
n
You'll work across quality outdoor construction projects and see them develop from the original design through to final handover.
n
The work is varied and may include:
n
n
Decks, patios and structural carpentry
n
Reading plans and setting out work accurately
n
Foundations and concreting
n
Detailed finishing work
n
Basic soft landscaping and synthetic turf
n
Coordinating with project managers, apprentices and other trades
n
Keeping sites productive, organised and well presented
n
Helping deliver a finished space the whole team can be proud of
n
n
This isn't a narrow carpentry role. You'll contribute to complete outdoor transformations and have the satisfaction of seeing the finished result handed over to the client.
n
Training and support will be provided where a project requires work outside your existing experience.

What we're looking for
n
You'll need:
n
n
A recognised carpentry qualification
n
Experience delivering quality residential carpentry work
n
Experience with decks and patios
n
The ability to read and interpret construction plans
n
Your own reliable trade vehicle
n
A suitable range of carpentry tools, including battery tools, drop saw and bench
n
The ability to work productively both independently and within a team
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
n
A practical, positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
n
Australian working rights, a current driver's licence and White Card
n
n
