Electrical Site Supervisor - Industrial & Warehousing

EC Power has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Licensed Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Industrial & Warehousing Construction team. This is a hands-on site-based position suited to someone who has strong electrical experience and the confidence to lead teams, coordinate trades and take ownership of day-to-day site delivery. You will work closely with Project Managers, clients, builders, subcontractors and our electrical teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and to a high standard.

The role will involve predominantly industrial and warehousing projects across Sydney and surrounding areas, with you generally based on one project at a time. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician or Leading Hand looking to progress into a Site Supervisor role, or an established Site Supervisor looking for their next long-term opportunity.

Key responsibilities
n
Supervise and coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors on site
n
Lead the day-to-day delivery of electrical works across medium to large projects
n
Allocate tasks and manage daily work schedules
n
Coordinate labour, materials, tools and equipment
n
Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans and specifications
n
Work closely with Project Managers to plan and schedule works
n
Monitor project progress and ensure key deadlines are achieved
n
Ensure electrical works comply with relevant standards, regulations and project specifications
n




Maintain a strong focus on WHS and ensure site safety requirements are followed
n
Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of workmanship
n
About you
n
Strong experience working on industrial, warehouse and/or commercial construction projects
n
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Leading Hand or senior Electrical Tradesman
n
Robust understanding of electrical installations and construction processes
n
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
n
Excellent leadership and people-management skills
n
Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
Sound knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
