FGI Developments is seeking
Skilled Labourers, Concreters & Pipelayers
to join our growing team across
Far North Queensland and to work on regional project sites
.
You will support a range of civil construction works including
roadworks, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks
, with immediate starts available.
These are
ongoing positions
offering stability, solid team culture, and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality civil projects across Queensland.
Duties Include
Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and compaction works
Supporting concrete pours, finishing, and structure placement
Assisting with installation of reinforcement (steel/mesh)
Operating small plant and tools (where ticketed)
Spotting for machinery and maintaining site safety
Reading and working from plans/drawings (where applicable)
Contributing to a productive and safety-first work environment
What We're Looking For
Previous pipe laying or civil labouring experience




Experience working on civil construction projectsPhysically fit and capable of manual labour tasks
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Construction White Card
Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Highly regarded:
Plant tickets (Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer, Loaders, Graders, Dozers, Water Trucks)
MR/HR Licence
Traffic Control / Confined Space / Working at Heights
