We are in need of a shift supervisor to help look after the place

Key responsibilities:

Open and Close cafe
n
Maintain policies and procedures
n
Barista knowledge is ideal (but not necessary if you are easy to teach and willing to learn)

Able to communicate the valuable and the bad, with whoever it's needed
