Physiotherapist – Musculoskeletal & Sports Rehabilitation Penshurst, NSW | Part-time | Private Practice Join a Patient-Focused Physiotherapy Team

Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking for an opportunity to grow your clinical skills in a supportive and progressive private practice? We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join an established clinic serving the local community in the Georges River area. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury management, hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation and wants to make a genuine difference in patients' lives.

About the Role You will manage a diverse caseload ranging from acute injuries and sports-related conditions to chronic musculoskeletal presentations.
n

Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
n
Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs.
n
Providing evidence-based physiotherapy treatment.
n
Applying manual therapy and joint mobilisation techniques.
n
Prescribing targeted exercise and rehabilitation programs.
n
Providing patient education and self-management strategies.
n
Assessing movement, posture and functional limitations.
n
Progressing or modifying treatment programs based on patient response.
n
Supporting patients through post-operative rehabilitation.
n




Managing sports injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation.
n
Working with patients experiencing acute and chronic conditions.
n
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
n
Communicating with GPs, specialists, coaches and other healthcare professionals when required.
n
Building strong therapeutic relationships with patients.
n
Contributing positively to a collaborative clinical environment.
n
n
The practice takes a results-focused approach, combining assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education to help clients return to the activities they enjoy.

We're Looking For
n
n
A qualified Physiotherapist with a minimum Bachelor's degree.
n
Currently registered with AHPRA.
n
Eligible to practise in Australia.
n
Confident in clinical assessment and reasoning.
n
Comfortable providing hands-on treatment.
n
Competent in exercise prescription and rehabilitation.
n
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
n
Empathetic and genuinely committed to patient care.
n
Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
n
Professional, ethical and transparent.
n
Proactive and willing to take initiative.
n
Interested in continuous learning and developing clinical expertise.
n
Physiotherapists with 1+ years of experience are preferred, however, new graduates with strong clinical placement experience are also encouraged to apply.
