Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse – Casual General Practice

Working closely with our GPs and practice team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care across a variety of general practice nursing duties.

Key responsibilities

Immunisations and vaccinations
n
Wound care and dressings
n
Health assessments and care plans
n
Chronic disease management
n
Treatment room procedures
n
Assisting GPs with procedures
n
ECGs, spirometry and other clinical assessments
n
Infection prevention and control
n
n
About you
n
n
Holds current AHPRA registration
n
Has experience in general practice nursing or a similar clinical setting
n
Is confident working independently and as part of a team
n




Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Is reliable, organised and adaptable
n
Has a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
n
Previous general practice experience is highly regarded, however, we are happy to consider the right candidate with transferable clinical experience
n
