The Ellen Barron Family Centre (EBFC) is a state-wide residential facility that provides services for early parenting support through its parenting education programs. The programs provide services for families with children from birth to 3 years who are referred to the EBFC from primary care service providers or other relevant agencies. The centre is a multidisciplinary environment that specialises in providing relevant health information and education, and the development of strategies and support aimed at addressing immediate concerns and then linking families back into local resources within their own community.

About the Role
n
In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values.
n
You'll fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award - State **** - Generic Level Statements (GLS) Nurse Grade 6 Band 1 and the Queensland Health and Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQHHS) commitments and values,



in achievement of the organisational goals and Domains of Practice.
