Step into multi-site leadership with one of the world's most recognised fashion brands. We're partnering with an iconic global retailer to find an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across NSW. This is an opportunity for a commercially sharp, people-first retail leader who loves developing Store Managers, driving performance and creating consistently exceptional store experiences.

You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers to build high-performing, accountable teams
n
Driving sales, profitability, productivity and customer experience across your portfolio
n
Analysing commercial, operational and customer metrics to identify opportunities and create clear action plans
n
Conducting regular store visits, leadership conversations and business reviews
n
Supporting workforce planning, labour management and effective rostering across the portfolio
n
Building leadership capability and identifying high-potential talent for future succession
n
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Experience leading multiple retail locations, a cluster of stores or a significant high-volume retail operation
n
Strong commercial acumen with confidence interpreting sales, wage, productivity and performance data
n
A genuine passion for coaching, developing and elevating retail leaders
n




The ability to influence performance through others and hold people accountable
n
Strong operational capability across workforce planning, stock, customer experience and store standards
n
A collaborative leadership style and confidence partnering with senior and cross-functional stakeholders
n
Experience within fashion, apparel, specialty or another fast-paced customer-led retail environment
n
The agility to move between strategic thinking and being present within stores
n
