Seeking an experienced
OSHC Coordinator
to lead an innovative program and help create safe, inclusive and engaging experiences for children and young people with disability.
About the Role n
Working
0.8 FTE
, with hours across After Care (3pm-6pm) and Vacation Care (9am-5pm), you will:
n

Lead, mentor and support the OSHC team
n
Develop engaging programs aligned with
My Time, Our Place
and the NQF
n
Oversee compliance, rostering, enrolments and daily operations
n
Build strong relationships with families and schools
n
Drive quality improvement and a positive team culture
n
About You n
You'll have:
n
n
A
Diploma-level or higher qualification
recognised by ACECQA ie n
n
Diploma of School Age Education and Care
n
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood, Primary,



or Secondary)
n
Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood, Primary, or Secondary)
n
n
Leadership experience in
OSHC, education, early childhood or disability
n
Strong knowledge of the
National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards
n
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
n
A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people with disability
n
n
