Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership potential to take on a management role in a dynamic retail workplace. As a Shop Manager, you will receive training and information on what the Charity is achieving in communities around Brisbane and South East Queensland. You'll work alongside a supportive team and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Charity retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
n
Lead and support a small team, providing guidance and training
n
Maintain high standards of customer service and shop presentation




n
Assist in stock management, merchandising, Shop presentation and sales
n
Collaborate with the management team to meet sales and performance targets
n
Participate in staff recruitment and training programs
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
A few years of supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or sales
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Passion for working in a retail environment with a focus on customer service
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the organization
