What you'll have

Previous experience Building Management or Concierge experience is preferred.
n
Experience in a customer facing role is a must.
n
Previous trade background would be advantageous, but not necessary.

A passion for learning and self-improvement.

Excellent communication and influencing skills (both written and verbal).
