Position Overview:
n
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Based in Hamilton, Queensland, this permanent full-time position involves collaborating with various teams to implement quality assurance processes and improve overall project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Develop, implement and manage project-level Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
n
Review and approve material test certificates and compliance documentation
n
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
n
Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
n
Monitor and analyse quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
n

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
n
n




Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or Construction Management
n
4 – 8 years' experience in quality engineering or quality assurance within construction, infrastructure or renewables
n
ISO **** Internal or Lead Auditor certification (desirable).
n
Strong understanding of quality management systems and relevant standards.
n
