We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic
HR and PALM Administrator
to join a high performing company based in Dandenong.
n
Australian Meat Group is a meat processing and export business dedicated to the concept of excellence to deliver the highest standard in every aspect.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Provide general
HR administrative support
, maintain employee records and update HR systems (Humanforce and Payroll Metrics).
n
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, including: job advertisements, reference checks, pre-employment documentation, VEVO checks, Q Fever vaccination appointments and employee setup.
n
Maintain audits for worker's visa, working rights and compliance documentation, with follow up on outstanding requirements.
n
Maintain recruitment job advertisement due dates and requirement.
n
Assist with absenteeism, return-to-work documentation, basic payroll queries, and preparation of employee grievance statements and outcome reports.
n
Prepare employment contracts, certificates, HR letters and meeting notifications, including casual-to-full-time conversions.
n
Manage




Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) administration
and compliance using PALMIS System, including: employment, incident reporting, accommodation, and welfare check.
n
Track PALM accommodation upcoming due dates, including: inspections, lease agreements and utility.
n
What We're Looking For n

Solid
administration, data-entry and attention to detail

n
Excellent
organisation, time management and ability to prioritise.
n
Good computer skills, particularly
Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook.
n
Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership of tasks.
n
n
n
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
n
n
n
Ability to build positive relationships with employees and departments.
n
Previous HR administration experience is
advantageous.
n
HR qualification is
advantageous
.
