Ventair is currently offering a full time position in the Queensland Warehouse for a Warehouse Assistant, which will include a variety of warehouse related roles and provides a safe and fair working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Warehouse Manager and follow daily operational directions
Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner
Check orders for accuracy and ensure goods are securely packed for delivery
Check stock levels and replenish stock as required
Coordinate with and assist couriers
Process warehouse orders and transactions in the database
Prepare freight orders ready for picking and dispatch
Report stock shortages, discrepancies and anomalies
Report damaged stock, equipment faults or failures to the Warehouse Manager
To be successful you will need:
Current Forklift licence preferred but not necessary
Previous warehouse experience preferred




Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude with strong team-building and motivational skills, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
computer skills are essential
Experience in the electrical, ventilation, or building products industry is advantageous but not essential.
