Actegy Health is looking for an experienced Product Manager – AU & NZ to join our Maroochydore team, responsible for the REVITIVE brand.
n
This is a hands‐on, commercially focused role spanning product strategy, brand, consumer insight, digital, media, innovation and commercial performance.
n
THE ROLE
n
Reporting to the Marketing Manager AU & NZ, you'll own the product portfolio from strategy through to execution and measurement.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Developing and executing local product and marketing strategies.
n
Identifying current product development and growth opportunities through consumer, market and competitor insights.
n
Managing new product launch strategies.
n
Building campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and demand.
n
Managing digital, website, media and creative activity, including agencies and external partners.
n
Developing POS, collateral and brand assets.
n
Driving promotional campaigns from concept to implementation.
n
Analysing sales and marketing performance to optimise the marketing mix.
n




Managing advertising and promotional budgets with a focus on effectiveness and profitability.
n
Working closely with Sales to align marketing and trade activity.
n
Ensuring all activity meets relevant quality and regulatory requirements.
n

ABOUT YOU
n
This role combines strategic thinking with hands‐on execution — you'll need to be equally comfortable developing the plan and making sure it happens. We are looking for someone with:
n
3–5+ years' experience in Product Management, Brand Management, Marketing or a related role.
n
Experience managing agencies, creative partners and media activity.
n
Digital marketing experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, Video Advertising, e‐commerce and CRM.
n
Strong commercial, analytical, project management and organisational skills.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
A customer‐focused, data‐driven approach and a genuine drive to challenge the status‐quo and get things done.
