Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant in SYDNEY CBD and PARRAMATTA
Reporting To: Partner & Manager.

Responsibilities:
CandidateManagement:Interviewcandidates, manage their experience, and help them find the right job.
Client Interaction:Meet with clients to understand their business needs, take job briefs, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Manage Recruitment Assignments:Handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates.
Fill Jobs:Match the right candidates to the right jobs, ensuring both clients and candidates are satisfied.
Business Development:Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and arrange meetings.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team.
Event Coordination:Help organise client meetings and events to build stronger connections.
Who We Are Looking For:
Qualifications:
Recent graduates or those about to graduate this year, as well as individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role.
