About the Role
n
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the store, leading the team and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead, motivate and develop the retail sales team.
n
Deliver exceptional 5-Star customer service.
n




Drive sales and work towards achieving and exceeding store targets.
n
Lead by example and actively participate in sales.
n
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and develop a loyal customer base.
n
Maintain exceptional store presentation, merchandising and ticketing standards.
n
Ensure high standards of administration and store operations.
n
Manage day-to-day retail operations and support team performance.
n
Help protect and represent the Weber brand, internationally recognised for quality, service and value.
n
Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience and store performance.
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who is more than just a manager - we want a leader who loves sales and loves dealing with people.
n
Our ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' sales and/or customer service experience.
n
Previous retail management or leadership experience.
n
A proven ability to achieve sales results.
n
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
n
A highly motivated, positive and results-driven attitude.
n
Strong organisational and administration skills.
n
The ability to inspire, coach and motivate team members.
n




A natural ability to connect with customers and build relationships.
n
A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
n
The confidence to lead from the front and get involved in the sales process.

A genuine passion for BBQs, outdoor entertaining and the Alfresco lifestyle.

The Roster

This is a full-time position working across a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends.
