Working directly with the CFO, this role exists to enhance the Senior Leadership Team in decision support - bringing the analysis, the options and a recommendation, then tracking the value through to the P&L.;

About the role
n
n
Own and deliver month-end management reporting
n
Lead monthly forecasting and Business Unit reporting, and drive the annual budget
n
Prepare monthly CFO reporting and Business Review packs
n
Analyse revenue, COGS, OPEX and profit performance, and flag risks and opportunities
n
Manage OPEX and CAPEX, and partner with business stakeholders on both
n
Deliver supply chain value creation, procurement and product costing analysis
n
Drive process, systems and automation improvements across FP&A;
n

About you
n
This role is ideally suited to a high-performing FP&A; Analyst,



Commercial Analyst or Management Reporting Analyst looking to step into their first senior-level position and broaden their exposure to executive stakeholders and business partnering. Responsibilities include:
n
n
4-6+ years in FP&A;, commercial analysis or management reporting
n
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience
n
Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and financial modelling skills
n
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
n
Proactive, analytical and comfortable in a quick-moving environment
n
Manufacturing experience - product costing, production variances and inventory
n
Experience across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels
n
Supply chain or procurement analysis exposure an advantage
n
