Provide ministerial and parliamentary correspondence support to Ministers, Secretary, divisions and agencies, ensuring compliance with protocols for this NSW Government Agency.
n
About the role:
n
n
Research, draft and finalise Ministerial correspondence in the appropriate tone and format
n
Independently consolidate information from multiple teams into cohesive, timely and accurate parliamentary responses aligned with government policy.
n
Coordinate and consolidate input from subject matter experts to develop transparent,
cohesive and comprehensive responses aligned to Ministerial priorities.
n
Manage end-to-end correspondence in the Ministerial system, including drafting, coordination, tracking and reporting, ensuring timeliness and protocol compliance
n
Collaborate across teams, balancing competing priorities while guiding colleagues on Ministerial and Parliamentary correspondence tone, protocols and response timeframes
n
n
About you:
n
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience
n
Experience coordinating ministerial correspondence in a Government setting
n
Excellent written, authoring and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive requests, often with tight deadlines
n
