With work located in Newcastle/Central Coast and regional areas we are seeking to appoint Trade Assistants to join our team on a contract basis.
About the role
As a Trade Assistant, working on our projects, you will working within a team to ensure site set-up.
Key Responsibilities
General labouring and site maintenance
Assist tradespeople with daily tasks including site preparation, tool handling, and material movement
Operate tools within scope of skills and experience
Support site and workshop coordination and logistics
Ensure valuable housekeeping practices on site and where relevant in the workshop
Participate in and sign off on safety observations and toolbox discussions
Follow safety procedures and work closely with a small team




Ensure all company assets are secure and used safely and competently
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of Workplace, Occupation Health and Safety regulation
Heritage restoration experience, highly desirable
Hold a current First Aid Certificate
Must hold a valid white card
Must hold a driver's licence and have access to a vehicle
Must be able to apply for Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Must be able to obtain a National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes
Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test at anytime
