Greene King's Chef & Brewer pubs are looking for a proactive Team Leader to help runs shifts smoothly and kept customers happy.
You'll lead by example, support the management team, and ensure service is welcoming, productive and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
On busy evenings and weekends you'll organise the team, set priorities, train colleagues, and resolve issues quickly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect from Greene King brands.
