Mortgage Broker Assistant / Loan Processor / Loan Writer/Lending specialist
A growing company in the finance industry is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Mortgage Broker Assistant/Lending specialist.
You will have the chance to work with a team of professionals who are dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key responsibilities
Post submission communication with lenders & clients
Post Settlement communication with clients
Manage client files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
Keep up to date on industry regulations and changes
About you
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in Mercury and Apply online (Preferably with Connective) and/or Loan App
Cert 4 in Mortgage Brokering and Finance
Solid organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
