Job Description
AR Developments in Queensland is looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to lead the recruitment function and support onboarding and HR processes.
You will own end-to-end recruitment across blue- and white-collar roles while assisting with workforce planning and compliance.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, run campaigns, and promote the employer brand using up-to-date tools such as ATS, HRIS, and AI-enabled sourcing.
