The successful candidate will have proven success in teachingVCE Physical Education and a demonstrated commitment toprofessional networks and growth, ideally through service as a VCEExaminer.
Full-time teachers at St Michael's enjoy outstandingconditions, with 18.5 hours per week of face-to-face instructionthat typically includes the equivalent of four full classes and aHouse Tutor responsibility within our celebrated pastoral care andwellbeing program.
What You'll Be Doing:
Foster a safe and supportive learning setting thatpromotes student growth and resilience
Deliver engaging and inclusive Health, PE and Wellbeingprograms across various year levels
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum andco-curricular initiatives
Contribute to the School's vibrant sporting and wellbeingculture
What We're Looking For:
Holds relevant teaching qualifications and VITregistration
Demonstrates a strong understanding of contemporary Healthand PE pedagogy
Is committed to student wellbeing and holisticeducation
Values collaboration, innovation and continuousprofessional growth
Anaphylaxis Management trained
Level II First Aid Certificate, CPR and Anaphylacticcertification is essential
National Police History Check (Obtained within the last sixmonths)
