Job Description
Bayside Health invites applications for a Consultant Psychiatrist to lead and supervise medical staff across adult psychiatry services.
You will work with the Head of Adult Psychiatry and the Clinical Director to ensure high standards of governance, patient flow and evidence-based care.
You will contribute to a multidisciplinary team, drive service improvement, and promote rights-based, person-centred care while maintaining safety and quality standards.
