Job Description
Bupa Medical Carlton is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager in a fixed-term role to support clinicians and the Practice Manager. The position is 38 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule, contracted until mid-**** with possible extension or permanency.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, recruitment, rostering, performance reviews, and financial oversight, while coaching staff to meet KPIs and improve patient care.
